干胶粉包装粉尘治理及应用

摘要 某公司干胶粉包装时粉尘泄漏严重,其工作场所空气中实测粉尘浓度高达101 mg/m^(3),远高于标准GBZ 2.1/2.2—2007中工作场所空气中粉尘浓度8 mg/m^(3)的要求,严重危害操作工人的身体健康。文章介绍了干胶粉包装粉尘治理技术,分析了干胶粉特性,指出干胶粉包装粉尘治理不同于普通的粉尘治理,建议从工艺上整体考虑,采用防渗透性强的材料及密封,控制干胶粉下落速度,合理设计及布置除尘管路,满足除尘平均风速>干胶粉的瞬时最大扬尘速度。某公司应用干胶粉包装粉尘治理技术的实践证明:治理后粉尘浓度优于标准要求。 Dust leakage of dry rubber powder packaging in a company is serious.The measured dust concentration in the air of the workplace is as high as 101mg/m^(3) which is much higher than the 8mg/m^(3) specified in the standard,which endangers the health of the operators seriously.This paper introduces the dust control technology for dry rubber powder packaging and analyzes the characteristics of dry rubber powder.It points out that the dust control of dry rubber powder packaging is different from the ordinary dust control and should be considered from the whole process.The material with strong impermeability and seal should be adopted and the falling speed of dry rubber powder should be controled.The dust removal pipeline should be designed and arranged reasonably so as to meet the average dust removal wind speed being greater than the instantaneous maximum dust speed of dust rising of dry rubber powder.The paper also gives an example to illustrate the application of dust control technology for dry rubber powder packaging in dry rubber powder packaging system and the dust control effect is better than what is required in the standard.
