炼化企业研究院的安全探索与实践

SAFETY EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF REFINING AND CHEMICAL ENTERPRISE RESEARCH INSTITUTE

随着炼化企业科技创新和技术服务项目任务增多,加上外协单位联合实验、校企联合研究生培养等活动,企业研究院安全管理面临着更加复杂的局面和严峻挑战。梳理了炼化企业研究院安全工作特点,以辽阳石化公司研究院实验室安全管理为例,通过安全教育定制化、危化品存储集中化、废固废液处理科学化和试剂药品信息化等方面入手,为实验室安全管理模式的优化提供案例支撑。

With the increasing tasks of scientific and technological innovation and technical service projects of refining and chemical enterprises,coupled with activities such as joint experiments of outsourcing units and joint postgraduate training of schools and enterprises,the safety management of enterprise research institutes is facing more complex situation and severe challenges.This paper combs the safety work characteristics of the research institute of refining and chemical enterprises.Taking the laboratory safety management of the Research Institute of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company as an example,it provides case support for the optimization of laboratory safety management mode through the customization of safety education,centralized storage of hazardous chemicals,scientific treatment of waste solid and waste liquid and informatization of reagents and drugs.
