柱塞泵组故障诊断和安全预警技术研究

摘要 油田注水站的柱塞泵组是注水系统的心脏,柱塞泵组的安全稳定运行是油田高效注水的关键,因此研究柱塞泵组安全监测和故障预测技术具有重要意义。鉴于柱塞泵组故障表征不明显的问题,通过搭建实验平台,模拟故障实验进行故障诊断和提取故障状态特征,通过状态上限和特征发展预测进行故障预警,最后进行实验验证。提出的方法能提前1小时进行安全预警并对故障溯源,从而有效保障设备的运行安全。 The plunger pump group of oilfield water injection station is the heart of water injection system,and the safe and stable operation of the plunger pump group is the key to the efficient water injection of oilfields.Thus it is of great significance to study the safety monitoring and fault prediction technology of the plunger pump group.In view of the problem that the fault characterization of the plunger pump group is not obvious,this paper establishes an experimental platform,simulates the fault experiments for fault diagnosis and extracts fault state features,and conducts fault warning through state upper limit and feature development prediction.Finally,experimental verification shows that the proposed method can provide safety warning and traceability of faults one hour in advance,which can effectively guarantee the operation safety of the equipment.
