摘要
长庆油田上古天然气处理总厂噪声源种类多且多为声压级较高的生产设备。通过对主要噪声源的噪声频谱特性进行分析,结合相关工程经验,以同时满足厂界噪声排放、敏感点声环境质量和重要工作场所噪声限值要求(满足职业健康卫生标准)为治理目标展开论述,通过采用先进的噪声模拟分析软件进行模拟分析计算,并辅以理论计算数据作为验证,确保了噪声治理目标的达标性要求。实测数据表明,噪声综合治理方案成功实现了设计目标,为类似工业噪声综合控制工程提供了参考方案。
There are many types of noise sources in Shanggu Natural Gas Treatment Plant of Changqing Oilfield,and most of them are production equipment with high sound pressure levels.By analyzing the noise spectrum characteristics of the main noise sources and taking into account the relevant engineering experience,this paper makes a discussion with the control goal of simultaneously meeting the requirements of factory boundary noise emissions,sensitive point sound environment quality,and important workplace noise limits(meeting occupational health and hygiene standards).Simulation analysis and calculation is carried out by adopting advanced noise simulation analysis software,and theoretical calculation data is used as verification,which ensures the compliance requirements of noise control objectives.The measured data shows that the comprehensive noise control plan has successfully achieved the design goals,providing a reference plan for similar industrial noise control projects.
