摘要
利用典型断口材料34CrNiMo6合金钢进行仪器化冲击试验,总结出断口金属材料韧脆转变温度评价的仪器化冲击试验方法,所得结果与通过温度-能量、温度-侧膨胀值评价方式得到的韧脆转变温度基本保持一致。结果表明:仪器化冲击试验方法更稳定可靠,且仪器化冲击试验方法可以用于无法直接目视观察评价的混合型断口材料的韧脆转变温度评价中。
The instrumented impact test was carried out by using the typical fracture material 34CrNiMo6 alloy steel,and the instrumented impact test method for evaluating the ductile-brittle transition temperature of fracture metal materials was summarized.The results were basically consistent with the ductile-brittle transition temperature obtained by the temperature-energy and temperature-side expansion value evaluation methods.The results show that the instrumented impact test method was more stable and reliable,and the instrumented impact test method could be used to evaluate the ductile-brittle transition temperature of mixed fracture materials that couldn’t be directly evaluated by visual observation.
