摘要
在总试验力保持时间分别为2,3,5,6,9 s时,对几种牌号的铝合金材料进行洛氏硬度测试,统计分析了试验数据。结果表明:在不同总试验力保持时间条件下,铝合金材料的洛氏硬度为0.3~1.0 HRB,基本呈下降趋势。结果可为生产现场铝合金状态检查时的数据处理提供可靠依据。
The Rockwell hardness test of several brands of aluminum alloy materials was carried out when the total test force holding time was 2,3,5,6,9 s,and the test data were statistically analyzed.The results show that under the condition of different total test force holding time,the Rockwell hardness of aluminum alloy material was 0.3-1.0 HRB,which was basically decreasing.The results could provide a reliable basis for the data processing of aluminum alloy condition inspection in the production site.
