苯甲酸钠浓度对乙二醇-水溶液中316L不锈钢电化学行为的影响

摘要 采用电化学方法研究了316L不锈钢在含不同量苯甲酸钠乙二醇-水溶液中的电化学行为,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)对316L不锈钢的腐蚀形貌进行了表征。结果表明:在乙二醇-水溶液中加入苯甲酸钠能有效抑制316L不锈钢的腐蚀,当苯甲酸钠质量分数不超过1.40%时,随着乙二醇-水溶液中苯甲酸钠量的增大,316L不锈钢的电荷转移电阻先增大后降低,自腐蚀电流密度先降低后逐渐增大,即316L不锈钢的腐蚀速率呈现先减少后增大的趋势;当乙二醇-水溶液中苯甲酸钠质量分数为0.80%时,316L不锈钢的耐蚀性最好。 The electrochemical behavior of 316L stainless steel in ethylene glycol aqueous solution containing different amounts of sodium benzoate was studied by electrochemical method,and the corrosion morphology of 316L stainless steel was characterized by SEM.The results showed that the addition of sodium benzoate in glycol water solution could effectively inhibit the corrosion of 316L stainless steel.When the mass fraction of sodium benzoate not exceeded 1.40%,with the increase of the content of sodium benzoate in glycol water solution,the charge transfer resistance of 316L stainless steel first increased and then decreased,the self corrosion density first decreased and then gradually increased,and the corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.When the mass fraction of sodium benzoate in glycol water solution was 0.80%,316L stainless steel had the best corrosion resistance.
