摘要
基于轴耦合道路模拟技术的结构耐久性测试是整车开发验证过程中的重要环节。本文介绍了轴耦合道路模拟关键技术,梳理了系统模型辨识和驱动文件开发原理及关注点。重点介绍了在应用层面载荷谱处理、频响函数评估和迭代等内容,为行业开展相关测试提供参考。
Structural durability test based on spindle-coupled road simulation technology is an important part of the entire vehicle development and verification process.In this paper,the key technologies of spindle-coupled road simulation are introduced,the principles and focuses for system model identification and drive file development are outlined.At the application level,a key introduction is made on load spectrum processing,frequency response function evaluation,and iteration.It can provide the reference for the industry to carry out relevanttest.
