摘要
ZnO作为一种典型的n型半导体材料,由于其载流子迁移率高、化学稳定性和热稳定性好的特点,在各种金属氧化物半导体气体传感材料中具有重要的地位。基于ZnO的异质结构材料在气敏特性研究方面研究广泛,性能非常突出。本工作旨在利用二维电化学原位组装方法,构建基于氧化锌-石墨烯的特殊纳微有序阵列材料,此材料具有清晰的异质界面有利于提高材料气体检测性能,为基于ZnO的异质结构的气敏传感材料的制备提供新的思路。
As a typical N-type semiconductor material,ZnO plays an important role in various metal oxide semiconductor gas sensing materials due to its high carrier mobility,good chemical and thermal stability.The gas sensitive properties of ZnO-based heterogeneous materials have been widely studied and their properties are outstanding.The purpose of this work is to construct a special nano ordered array material based on zinc oxide and graphene by using two-dimensional electrochemical in-situ assembly method.This material has a clear heterogeneous interface,which is conducive to improving the gas detection performance of the material,and provides a new idea for the preparation of gas sensing materials based on ZnO heterostructures.
