摘要
腹腔镜手术无法直接感观和接触实体的组织和器官,同时由于腔镜本身的“手眼分离”特点,导致腹腔镜外科手术学成为目前外科学教学的难点之一。本研究探讨目前腹腔镜外科教学的模式以及虚拟仿真技术在外科学教学中的发展现状,阐述虚拟仿真技术在医学教育中的优势,对腹腔镜外科手术学的数字化模拟教学提供初步的教学参考。
Laparoscopic surgery can not directly feel and touch the solid tissues and organs,and because of the hand-eye separation characteristics of the endoscope itself,laparoscopic surgery has become one of the difficulties in surgery teaching.This study discusses the current teaching mode of laparoscopic surgery and the development status of virtual simulation technology in surgery teaching,expounds the advantages of virtual simulation technology in medical education,and provides a preliminary teaching reference for the digital simulation teaching of laparoscopic surgery.
