浅谈公共建筑节能设计中的外墙自保温技术——以夏热冬暖地区为例

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,我国建筑行业的规模也在逐步扩大,为了确保社会经济发展中对生态造成的破坏降到最小,我国推行了低碳经济的战略,节能低碳已经成为重要任务和目标。绿色建筑和节能设计也成为建筑行业需要落实的重点。本文针对夏热冬暖地区公建(36个项目)的节能设计研究和分析,梳理总结了在节能设计中,通过全流程的节能设计和被动式建筑设计优化等方式,使得建筑可以达到外墙自保温的目标。 With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of China’s construction industry is also gradually expanding.In order to ensure that the damage to the ecology caused by social and economic development is minimized,China has implemented the strategy of low-carbon economy,and energy-saving and low-carbon has become an important task and goal.Green buildings and energy-saving design have also become a key focus for the construction industry.This paper studies and analyzes energy-saving design of public buildings(36 projects)in hot summer and warm winter areas,summarizes the energy-saving design in the whole process and passive building design optimization,so that buildings can achieve the goal of self-insulation of external walls.
