随着城市更新以及粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要的提出,旧工业区的保护与更新改造利用研究也日趋深入。其中旧工业区的废旧工业厂房,其面貌与新城市新面貌息息相关,以“点”式的厂房更新改造,可映射大的城市更新概念,其改造设计的价值不言而喻。本文将着重关注实例废旧厂房的更新改造,研究其在“绿色”、“低碳”背景下的实际应用与更新改造的可行性。

With the urban renewal and the development plan of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the researches on the protection,renewal,renovation and utilization of old industrial area become increasingly deep.Among them,the appearance of the old industrial plant in the old industrial area is closely related to the new city and new appearance,and the“point”type of plant renewal and renovation can reflect the concept of large urban renewal,and the value of its renovation design is self-evident.This paper will focus on the renewal and renovation of old plant,and study their practical application in the context of“green”and“low-carbon”and the feasibility of renewal and renovation.
