Research on Construction Engineering Quality Management in General Contracting Mode

在建筑工程项目中,质量管理是一项重要的工作,直接关系到建筑工程项目的可持续发展。本文主要以EPC总承包模式为研究对象,分析在工程总承包模式中,建筑工程质量管理的方法,以总承包的方式负责工程设计、采购、施工等环节,对工程的质量、安全等内容全面负责,旨在促进建筑工程质量顺利通过验收,提高工程的安全系数。

Quality management is an important task in construction engineering project,and is directly related to the sustainable development of construction engineering projects.This paper mainly takes the EPC general contracting mode as the research object,analyzes the methods of construction engineering quality management in the general contracting mode,which is responsible for engineering design,procurement,construction and other links in the way of general contracting,and is fully responsible for the quality and safety of the project,aiming to ensure that the quality of construction projects can pass the acceptance smoothly and increase the safety coefficient of the project.
