Influence and Control of Highway Engineering Change on Project Cost

由于公路工程施工周期长、流动性大、外部施工条件复杂多变、物价起伏、法律条文变化、涉及单位众多等因素影响,在实际施工过程中,工程变更存在于工程项目全生命周期内,且工程变更会直接对工程造价造成影响,增加项目复杂性。本文探讨分析公路工程变更产生的原因以及公路工程变更对工程造价的影响,提出各阶段对应控制策略,以期为项目参与者提供参考。

Due to the long construction period,large mobility,complex and changeable external construction conditions,fluctuating prices,changes in legal provisions,and numerous units involved in the construction of highway engineering,engineering changes exist in the whole life cycle of the project during the actual construction process,and engineering changes will directly affect the project cost,and increase the complexity of the project.This paper discusses and analyzes the causes of highway engineering changes and the impact of highway engineering changes on project costs,and proposes corresponding control strategies at each stage,aiming to provide reference for project participants.
