再生混凝土配合比设计及工程应用

摘要 随着社会的发展,再生资源越来越受到人们的关注和重视,混凝土是现代建筑工程中体量最大的材料,随着时间的推移,就产生了很多破旧废弃的混凝土,造成占地、消耗、污染等问题。本文通过对破旧废弃混凝土再生骨料及再生混凝土配合比设计的研究,循环利用废弃混凝土再生混凝土,对比原生骨料、混凝土各项性能指标,再生骨料、混凝土经过一定科学的加工、设计,搭配掺和料、外加剂等,可以满足一般建筑工程质量要求,不仅解决建筑垃圾污染、占地、消耗等问题,同时减少天然砂石料的开采,节约资源,降低工程成本,保护环境。 With the development of society,renewable resources receive people’s increasing attention and concern,concrete is the largest material in modern construction engineering.Along with the time,there are a lot of old and abandoned concrete,resulting in area occupying,consumption,pollution and other problems.In this paper,through the research on the recycled aggregate of old and discarded concrete and the mix ratio design of recycled concrete,discarded concrete is recycled to regenerate concrete,the performance indicators of primary aggregate and concrete are compared,recycled aggregate and concrete through certain scientific processing and design,in combination with admixtures and additives,can meet the quality requirements of general construction projects,which can not only solve the construction waste pollution,area occupation,consumption and other problems,but also reduce the mining of natural sand and stone materials,save resources,reduce project costs,protect the environment.
