宝特瓶回收技术的研究

摘要 我国作为人口和工业大国,每年需要的塑料制品数量非常巨大,宝特瓶是较常见的塑料包装制品,由于其可再生特性普遍受到人们的喜爱,但是废旧宝特瓶对环境造成的污染是非常严重的。通过研究聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的醇解过程,分析影响PET醇解的因素,并探究如何使PET的醇解率最大。对宝特瓶进行回收利用可以减轻塑料制品对环境带来的危害,还可以对原料进行循环使用。运用乙二醇降解PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)实现对PET的回收再利用,提高PET的利用价值。对我国的环境具有重要意义。 China as a large population and industrial country,the number of plastic products needed every year is very huge,treasure bottle is the most common plastic packaging products,because of its renewable characteristics are generally loved by people,but waste treasure bottle pollution to the environment is very serious.The alcoholysis process of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was studied,the factors affecting PET alcoholysis were analyzed,and how to maximize the alcoholysis rate of PET was explored.The recycling of bottles can reduce the harm caused by plastic products to the environment,and can also recycle the raw materials.The use of ethylene glycol to degrade PET(polyethylene terephthalate)can realize the recycling of PET and improve the utilization value of PET.It has great significance for our country’s environment.
