摘要
山东晨阳新型碳材料股份有限公司现有多台罐式煅烧炉,在生产过程中产生的高温烟气,经一级热能利用后,排出烟气温度仍有190℃~200℃,烟气总量大约在100000 Nm^(3)/h上下,此部分热能没有回收利用,直接排放,既浪费了大量的热能又污染环境。为此,该公司对低温余热综合利用及低湿度烟气消白技术进行了深入的研究,提出一种低温烟气余热利用的工艺及装置,实现煅烧炉低温烟气的热能回收利用。
Shandong Chenyang New Carbon Materials Co.,Ltd.has a number of tank calciners,in the production process of high temperature flue gas,after the primary heat energy utilization,the exhaust flue gas temperature is still 190℃-200℃,the total flue gas is about 100000Nm^(3)/h,this part of the heat energy is not recycled,directly discharged,both waste a lot of heat energy and pollution of the environment.To this end,the company has conducted in-depth research on the comprehensive utilization of low-temperature waste heat and low-humidity flue gas whitening technology,and proposed a process and device for the utilization of low-temperature flue gas to realize the recovery and utilization of low-temperature flue.
