Higher vocational colleges explore the pre-school education talent training mode based on the"three aspects of education",which is not only conducive to the realization of all-staff education for all subjects of pre-school education talent training, but also conducive to the realization of all-process education for all links, and more conducive to the all-round education of related subjects. However,as far as the actual situation is concerned, the work faces such problems as the need to strengthen the cross-border collaborative training of pre-school education talents, the need to improve the pre-school education curriculum system, the need to improve the mechanism for the in-depth participation of childcare institutions and other subjects, and the lack of in-depth integration and sharing of relevant subject resources. In this regard,it is necessary to smooth cross-border collaborative education, build a platform for education cooperation, build a professional group curriculum system, highlight the characteristic curriculum, establish a kindergarten and school integration education mechanism, strengthen the main body participation, use the resources of all parties, deepen the"three complete education",and improve the quality of pre-school education personnel training in higher vocational education.
