Lu You is a famous patriotic poet in the Southern Song Dynasty.After several ups and downs in his official career,his poetic style has undergone various changes throughout his life.In his later years,when he lived in seclusion in his hometown of Shanyin,he created a large number of poems,involving a rich culture of sericulture.These cultural poems include descriptions of his own farming experience,displays of rustic neighborhood nostalgia and conveys his outlook on life,values,and education through sericulture.Through interpretation,we constantly explore the content,writing background,and spiritual connotation of the poet's reclusive and leisurely life,and feel his strong patriotic feelings.
