产教融合背景下高职院校工商管理实训基地建设研究

随着我国市场经济的不断完善和市场竞争的加剧,社会迫切需要大量的理论知识全面、专业技能扎实的工商管理人才。实训基地对培养学生的实践技能和创新能力有着重要的作用。在产教融合背景下,研究当前高职院校工商管理实训基地建设中存在的不足,并讨论产教融合理念对实训基地的价值,最后对高职院校工商管理实训基地的建设策略进行研究,为高职院校工商管理实训基地的建设提出有益的思考。

With the continuous improvement of market economy and the aggravation of market competition,the society urgently needs a large number of comprehensive theoretical knowledge and solid professional skills of business administration personnel.The training base plays an important role in cultivating students'practical skills and innovation ability.Under the background of the integration of production and education,this paper studies the deficiencies existing in the construction of the training base of business administration in higher vocational colleges,discusses the value of the integration of production and education to the training base,and finally studies the construction strategy of the training base of business administration in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward beneficial thoughts for the construction of the training base of business administration in higher vocational colleges.
