This paper describes the characteristics of the generative pre-training transformer model GPT.The continuous evolution of GPT has gradually revealed the impact of artificial intelligence on society.In the field of higher education,this tool can provide a range of benefits,including enhancing students'participation and collaborative spirit.At the same time,it can provide real-time feedback and support students'group remote learning.GPT tools can also be used for applications such as summarization,Q&A,text generation,and personalized evaluation.
