阐述数控机床中的机械制造、控制器、传感检测、气液动控制技术特点,结合维修工作实践,探讨数控设备故障的诊断及维修方法,包括对系统和数据遗失的判断、对设备原点的标定、跳电分析。
This paper describes the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing,controllers,sensor detection,and pneumatic control technology in CNC machine tools.Combined with maintenance work practice,it explores the diagnosis and maintenance methods of CNC equipment faults,including the judgment of system and data loss,calibration of equipment origin,and power trip analysis.
