摘要
目的探讨绝经前女性甲亢患者血清尿酸、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与甲状腺功能的相关性。方法选取2021年12月-2022年12月医院收治的绝经前女性甲亢患者110例为研究组,同期选取来医院做体检的健康女性110例为对照组,比较2组血清尿酸、25(OH)D水平及甲状腺激素水平。根据血清尿酸水平将研究组患者分为正常尿酸组(≤360μmol/L)及高尿酸组,比较不同血清尿酸水平绝经前女性甲亢患者甲状腺激素水平。根据血清25(OH)D水平将研究组患者分为正常组(>30ng/ml)及低量组,比较不同血清25(OH)D水平绝经前女性甲亢患者甲状腺激素水平。Pearson相关性分析绝经前女性甲亢患者血清尿酸、25(OH)D水平与其甲状腺功能的关系。结果研究组血清尿酸水平高于对照组,25(OH)D水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))水平均高于对照组,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);正常尿酸组FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平均低于高尿酸组,TSH水平高于高尿酸组(P<0.05);血清25(OH)D水平正常组FT_(3)、TSH水平均低于低量组,FT_(4)水平高于低量组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,绝经前女性甲亢患者血清尿酸水平与FT_(3)、FT_(4)均成正相关,与TSH成负相关(P<0.05);绝经前女性甲亢患者血清25(OH)D水平与FT_(3)、FT_(4)均成负相关,与TSH成正相关(P<0.05)。结论绝经前女性甲亢患者血清尿酸、25(OH)D水平与甲状腺功能成线性相关,甲状腺功能低下的绝经前女性甲亢患者可能更易发生高尿酸血症及维生素D缺乏症。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the correlation between serum uric acid,25 hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]levels and thyroid function in premenopausal women with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 110 premenopausal women with hyperthyroidism admited to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study group,and 110 healthy women who visited our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group.The levels of serum uric acid,25(OH)D and thyroid hormone were compared between the two groups.Patients in the study group were divided into normal uric acid group(≤360μmol/L)and high uric acid group,and the levels of thyroid hormone in premenopausal women with different serum uric acid levels were compared.According to the serum 25(OH)D level,the patients in the study group were divided into normal group(>30 ng/ml)and low dose group,and the thyroid hormone levels of premenopausal women with hyperthyroidism were compared with dfferent serum 25(OH)D levels.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between serum uric acid,25(OH)D levels and thyroid function in premenopausal women with hyperthyroidism.Results The level of serum uric acid in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of 25(OH)D was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of free triodothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FT_(3) and FT_(4) in the normal uric acid group were lower than those in the high uric acid group,and the levels of TSH were higher than those in the high uric acid group(P<0.05).The levels of FT,and TSH in the normal serum 25(OH)D group were lower than those in the low-dose group,and the level of FT_(4) was higher than those in the low-dose group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum uric acid level of premenopausal women with hyperthyroidism was positively correlated with FT_(3) and FT_(4),and negatively correlated with TSH(P<0.05).The serum 25(OH)D level in premenopausal women with hyperthyroidism was negatively correlated with FT_(3) and FT_(4),and positively correlated with TSH(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum uric acid and 25(OH)D levels in premenopausal women with hyperthyroidism are linearly correlated with thyroid function,and the premenopausal women with hypothyroidism may be more prone to hyperuricemia and vitamin D deficiency.
