Integrated Communication for Monitoring Video Based on Distributed Architecture

本文首先分析了厦门保障性住房中监控视频建设的现状和存在的主要问题,然后针对存在问题阐述基于分布式架构监控视频的融合通讯建设,从总体架构、关键技术、具体实现方式等方面展开论述。通过分布式架构下的监控视频融合通讯,实现视频的采集、汇聚、编码、管理、存储、分发等基础能力,进而实现视频的看、查、管、控、用等功能,有利于对保障房内视频资源前端点位进行规范化管理,并针对视频资源进行综合利用。

In this paper,the author analyzes the status quo and main problems of surveillance video construction in Xiamen in Fujian Province affordable housing,and then elaborates the integrated communication construction based on distributed surveillance video architecture in view of the existing problems,from the overall architecture,key technologies,concrete implementation methods and other aspects.Through the integrated communication of surveillance video under the distributed architecture,video collection,aggregation,coding,management,storage,distribution and other basic capabilities are realized,and video viewing,checking,management,control,use and other functions are realized,which is conducive to the standardized management of the front-end points of video resources in the security housing and the comprehensive utilization of video resources.
