基于模糊数学的装配式建筑预制构件成本影响因素分析

摘要 装配式建筑在节约人力物力、保护生态环境、建造绿色建筑、节能减排等方面有显著的优势,通过对装配式建筑预制构件成本影响因素的研究,利用风险地图法、层次分析法建立装配式建筑预制构件成本影响因素体系,利用模糊数学法构建预制构件成本影响因素评价模型,直观显示装配式建筑预制构件成本影响因素的权重与隶属度,计算确定预制构件成本影响等级,最后利用模型对工程实例进行验证,表明利用模糊数学构建装配式预制构件成本分析模型能有效预测其成本的主要影响因素。 The prefabricated building has obvious advantages in saving manpower and material resources,protecting the ecological environment,building green buildings,saving energy and reducing emissions,etc.The factors that affect the cost of prefabricated building prefabricated components are studied,by means of literature review,on-the-spot investigation and expert consultation,and on the basis of summing up and forming the cost factor system of prefabricated components,the risk map is drawn,and the evaluation model of the factors influencing the cost of prefabricated components is constructed,the weight of factors affecting precast component cost is displayed,and the influence level of precast component cost is determined.Finally,the model is verified by an engineering example,which shows that the model analysis is reliable.
