基于FPGA的通信技术优化停堆响应时间的研究

摘要 停堆响应时间是核电安全级DCS设备的重要指标,在安全级DCS设计规范中对其有着严格的要求,而点对点通信作为反应堆保护系统的组成部分之一,对停堆反应时间有着重要的影响。本文分析了当前系统的停堆响应时间,提出了一种新的优化停堆反应时间的方法-利用FPGA技术实现点对点通信,并对其进行了验证。验证结果证明了基于FPGA通信技术实现的点对点通信对优化核电站停堆响应时间有积极的贡献,其极大程度提高了点对点通信处理效率,进一步缩短了停堆响应时间,为后续利用FPGA技术对反应堆保护系统进行优化提供了借鉴。 The shutdown response time is a critical indicator for safety-grade Distributed Control System(DCS)equipment in nuclear power plants.Point-to-point communication,as one of the components of the reactor protection system,plays a significant role in the shutdown response time.A new solution to optimizing the response time is introduced,where a point-to-point communications system is implemented by FPGA technologies.FPGA-based point-to-point communication makes a positive contribution to optimizing the shutdown response time in nuclear power plants.It significantly enhances the efficiency of point-to-point communication,further reducing the shutdown response time.This paper analyzes the current system's shutdown response time and proposes a novel.method to optimize the shutdown response time using FPGA technology for point-to-point communication,followed by a validation process.In addition,the communications system based on FPGA optimizing the response time of shutdown of a nuclear reactor is proven which enhances advanced technologies applied in reactorprotection systems.
