面向国内复杂油气生产环境的在线三相流量计产品创新实践

摘要 由于油气水多相流计量容易受到流速、含水、含气等因素干扰,导致三相流量计的计量精度低,因此影响了三相流量计的推广应用。本文研发的在线三相流量计采用迭代创新的方法,通过大规模不间断的现场试验评价和测试了设备性能,查找了应用过程中存在的问题,并对产品的硬件设计、软件功能、核心模型等进行了持续改进,使其在环境适用性、工作稳定性、性能指标上都有较大的提升,让三相流量计能够更准确地计量油气水三相产量,满足了油田生产管理及油藏动态分析的要求,具备了在国内重点油田大规模推广的条件,提升了三相流量计在油气田场景中的国产化率。 Due to the susceptibility of multiphase flow measurement in oil and gas is easily interfered by flow rate,water content,gas content and other factors,the measurement accuracy of three-phase flowmeter is low,which affects the promotion and application of three-phase flowmeter.The online three-phase flowmeter developed in this paper adopts iterative and innovative methods,evaluates and tests equipment performance through large-scale and uninterrupted field tests,finds the problems existing in the application process,and continuously improves the hardware design,software functions,core models,etc.of the product,which greatly improves the environmental applicability,working stability and performance indicators,so that the three-phase flowmeter can more accurately measure the three-phase output of oil,gas and water,and meet the requirements of oilfield production management and reservoir dynamic analysis.It is now well-positioned for extensive deployment in key domestic oilfields,thus advancing the localization of three-phase flow meters within the oil and gasfield contexts.
