云南省推动N型晶硅太阳电池技术发展面临形势及应对建议

摘要 光伏电池技术革新是推动光伏发电持续发展的重要驱动力,也是降低光伏产业度电成本的主要途径,当前N型晶硅太阳电池是光伏电池技术的主要发展方向之一。文章在分析N型晶硅太阳电池市场和技术发展趋势的基础上,结合云南省光伏发展的政策支持、产业现状及已开展的N型晶硅太阳电池工作等基础条件,围绕促进云南N型晶硅太阳电池技术发展,从统筹谋划研发工作、精准开展关键核心技术攻关、多方式推进研发创新、注重发挥市场需求拉动作用等方面提出措施建议。 The technological innovation of photovoltaic cells is of great significance for the sustainable development of photovoltaic power generation and the reduction of electricity costs in the photovoltaic industry,N-type crystalline silicon solar cells has been the main development directions of photovoltaic cells technology.Firstly,this article analysis the market and technological development trends of N-type crystalline silicon solar cells.And then,introduce the policy support,industry status and the existing work on N-type crystalline silicon solar cells in Yunnan province.Finally,in order to promote the development of Yunnan N-type crystalline silicon solar cells technology,some suggestions are proposed from the aspects of overall planning research and development,precise implementation of key core technology research,promotion of R&D innovation in multiple ways,and emphasis on leveraging market demand.
