基于VOSviewer的灸法在癌性疼痛中应用的可视化分析

Visual analysis of the application of moxibustion in cancer pain based on VOSviewer

目的 基于VOSviewer文献计量学软件可视化分析灸法在治疗癌性疼痛中的应用情况,探讨其临床研究热点和未来发展趋势,为癌性疼痛的临床治疗和实验提供参考意见。方法 通过PubMed、Embase、Web of Science(WOS)、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)和维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)数据库灸法治疗癌性疼痛的相关中英文文献,检索范围为建库至2022年12月。应用Excel和GraphPad Prism软件对提取文献进行相关信息的统计分析和作图,应用VOSviewer软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 经筛查与剔除后,最终纳入文献61篇,其中中文文献57篇、英文文献4篇。灸法治疗癌痛领域的发文量总体呈上升趋势;研究机构以中医药院校及其附属医院为主;中、英文核心作者以内部合作为主;研究热点集中在治疗方法、作用机制和生活质量等方面;存在地区发文不均衡,整体研究质量待提高等问题。结论 灸法可以有效改善癌性疼痛,但在文献质量和灸法标准化研究方面仍需进行更深入的研究。

Objective Based on the VOSviewer bibliometric software to carry out visual analysis of the application of moxibustion in the treatment of cancer pain,to explore its clinical research hotspots and future development trends,and to provide reference for clinical treatment and experiments of cancer pain.Methods Papers published in Chinese and English on the treatment of cancer pain with moxibustion were screened in the databases of PubMed,Embase,Web of Science(WOS),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WanFang Data)and VIP Chinese Periodical Service Platform(VIP)database,and the time range were from the establishment of the database to December 2022.Excel and GraphPad Prism software were used to perform statistical analysis and graphing of relevant information in the extracted literature,and VOSviewer software was used to visually analyze the included literature.Results After screening and exclusion,61 papers were finally included,including 57 Chinese papers and 4 English papers.The number of publications in the field of moxibustion therapy for cancer pain was on the rise in general;the research institutions are mainly TCM colleges and their affiliated hospitals;the core authors in both Chinese and English were mainly internal cooperation;research hotspots focused on treatment methods,mechanisms of action and quality of life.There were problems such as uneven distribution of papers in different regions,and the overall research quality needed to be improved.Conclusions Moxibustion can effectively improve cancer pain,but more in-depth research is needed in terms of literature quality and moxibustion standardization.
