摘要
目的 探究心理契约对公立医院医生科研工作满意度的影响。方法 选取黑龙江省某医院100名医生作为研究对象,采用心理契约相关量表对其展开问卷调查,应用SPSS 20.0对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 受调查医生心理契约评分为(4.71±0.89)分,科研工作满意度评分为(3.82±0.78)分。心理契约与科研工作满意度呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。高学历医生和高级职称医生科研工作满意度较低,需加以关注。结论 公立医院科研管理者应从薪酬保障、良好工作和人际交往环境以及职业成长规划等方面着手,促进提升临床医生的科研工作满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of psychological contract on the satisfaction of research work of doctors working in public hospitals.Methods 100 doctors from a hospital in Heilongjiang province were selected as the research objects.Psychological Contract Correlation Scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey.SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the survey results.Results The psychological contract score of the surveyed doctors was(4.71±0.89)points,and the scientific research satisfaction score was(3.82±0.78)points.Psychological contract was positively correlated with the satisfaction of scientific research(P<0.05).Doctors with high education level and senior professional titles had low satisfaction on scientific research work,which should be paid attention to.Conclusions The governors of public hospitals'scientific research department should take measures from the aspects of salary guarantee,good working and interpersonal environment and career growth planning to promote the satisfaction of clinical doctors in scientific research work.
