基于文献阅读的翻转课堂在高职院校内科护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨基于文献阅读翻转课堂用于高职内科护理教学中的效果。方法 选择2021年9-12月本校2020级护理两个教学班学生为研究对象,采用抽签法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各49名。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组在传统教学法的基础上,增加文献学习,并通过文献阅读实现翻转课堂。课程结束后评估两组学生期末理论成绩并调查专业文献学习情况,以及实验组对文献汇报翻转课堂的满意度。结果 本学期实验组学习文献数量10(6,15)篇,对照组学习文献数量为0(0,2)篇,实验组学习文献的数量多于对照组(Z=8.028,P<0.001);实验组做文献汇报意愿、通过查阅专业文献来解决遇到的专业问题的学生数量多于对照组(分别为χ^(2)=12.000,P=0.001;χ^(2)=17.422,P<0.001);实验组学生期末理论成绩平均分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.323,P=0.022)。实验组学生对新的教学方法满意度高达48人(98%)。结论 在高职内科护理教学中开展文献阅读翻转课堂能提高学生对专业知识的学习兴趣,提升理论成绩,为培养学生循证护理能力奠定重要基础。 Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom based on literature reading in internal medical nursing teaching in a higher vocational college.Methods During September 2021 and December 2021,nursing students from two classes of Grade 2020 of Anhui Medical College were selected as the research objects.The two classes were divided into control group and experimental group by drawing lots,with 49 students in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching method.In addition to the traditional teaching method,learning literature was added in the experimental group and flipped classroom was come true based on literature reading.At the end of the course of internal medical nursing,the final theoretical scores of the two groups were assessed and the learning situation of professional literature was investigated,as well as the satisfaction of the experimental group on flipped classroom.Results In this semester,the number of literature learning in the experimental group was 10(6,15),and that in the control group was 0(0,2).The number of literature learning in experimental group was higher than that in control group(Z=8.028,P<0.001).The numbers of students would like to make literature report or to solve professional problems through professional literature in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(χ^(2)=12.000,P=0.001;χ^(2)=17.422,P<0.001).The theoretical score of experimental group was higher than that of control group(t=2.323,P=0.022).In the experimental group,48 people(98%)were satisfied with the new teaching method.Conclusions Application of flipped classroom based on literature reading in internal medical nursing teaching can improve students'interest in learning professional knowledge,improve theoretical scores,and lay an important foundation for cultivating students'ability of evidence-based nursing.
