以“岗位胜任力”为导向的培养模式在病理学实习中的构建探究

实习阶段的培养是医学教育的重要组成部分,本校五年制临床医学专业病理学方向在实习培养中,注重培养业务能力、社会适应能力较强的应用型病理人才。岗位胜任力包括临床技能与医疗服务能力、核心价值观与职业素养、疾病预防与健康促进能力、人际沟通能力、信息与管理能力、医学知识与终身学习能力、团队合作和科学研究的能力,本研究旨在探索和构建一种以“岗位胜任力”为导向的实习培养模式,培养和训练病理学方向实习学生认识和理解岗位的需求,调动自身知识和能力主动适应和契合岗位的需求,并不断谋求发展和完善。

The training of internship is an important part of medical education.In the training of students of five-year clinical medicine pathology,Qiqihar Medical University pays attention to the training of applied pathology talents with strong professional ability and strong social adaptability.Post competence including clinical skills and medical service ability,core values and professional quality,disease prevention and health promotion ability,interpersonal communication skills,information and management ability,medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability,team cooperation and scientific research ability.This research aims to explore and build a"post competency"oriented internship training mode,fostering and training pathology direction practice students to know and understand the demand of the job,mobilize their own knowledge and ability to actively adapt to and fit the needs of the job,and constantly seek development and improvement.
