探讨两种PRN治疗方案下康柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Compacsip in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy under Two Prn Regimens

目的 本研究旨在比较在两种按需治疗(pro re nata,PRN)方案下,康柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月-2023年6月广西中医药大学第一附属医院东葛院区眼科DR患者40例(80眼),并根据按需治疗方案,分为1+PRN组及3+PRN组,每组20例(40眼)。1+PRN即康柏西普首月注射1针,后根据眼底情况每月按需治疗;3+PRN即康柏西普连续3个月每月注射1针,后每月按需治疗。对比两组治疗有效率、治疗前和治疗半年后的视力、黄斑中心凹厚度及不良反应率。结果 两组总有效率分别为90.0%和92.5%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前、治疗半年后视力、黄斑中心凹厚度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1+PRN组中发生高眼压1眼,视网膜脱离1眼及玻璃体积血2眼,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 康柏西普治疗DR具有明显的临床效果,且两种方案疗效相似,因此,均可选择3+PRN方案或1+PRN方案进行治疗,且两组发生不良反应率低。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of compacsip in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR)with two pro re nata(PRN).Methods A total of 40 patients(80 eyes)with DR in the department of ophthalmology of Dongge Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2023 were included by retrospective analysis,and were divided into 1+PRN group and 3+PRN group according to the on-demand treatment plan,20 patients(40 eyes)in each group.1+PRN means 1 injection in the first month of com-pacsip,and then monthly treatment according to the fundus condition.3+PRN is a monthly injection of compacsip for 3 months,and then monthly treatment as needed.The effective rate,visual acuity,foveal thickness and adverse reac-tion rate of the two groups were compared before treatment and six months after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the two groups patients was 90.0%and 92.5%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity and fovea thickness between the two groups before treat-ment and six months after treatment(P>0.05).In the 1+PRN group,1 eye had high intraocular pressure,1 eye had reti-nal detachment and 2 eyes had vitreous hemorrhage.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse re-actions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compacsip has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of DR,and the efficacy of the two regiments is similar,so the 3+PRN regimen or 1+PRN regimen can be selected for treat-ment,and the adverse reaction rate of the two groups is low.
