摘要
目的 探讨在糖尿病肾病的临床治疗中甘精胰岛素和尿毒清颗粒是否能够发挥药物协同作用。方法选取2021年6月-2022年12月福州经济技术开发区医院肾脏内分泌科收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用甘精胰岛素联合前列地尔注射液治疗,观察组则采用甘精胰岛素联合尿毒清颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效等相关指标以及不良反应的发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶高于对照组,丙二醛低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组肌酐、尿素氮及24 h尿蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发生观察组不良反应发生率为12.50%,高于对照组的7.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在糖尿病肾病的治疗中甘精胰岛素是使用率比较高的一种药物,且效果良好,配合使用尿毒清颗粒能够发挥药物协同效果,取得更好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate whether glargine insulin and Niaoduqing granules can play a synergistic role in the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology and Endocrinology,Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine combined with alprostadil injection,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with urine Duqing granules.The effi-cacy and other related indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxi-dase in observation group were higher than those in control group,and malondialdehyde was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour post-prandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24-hour urinary protein in observa-tion group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 12.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(7.50%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,insulin glargine is a drug with a relatively high utilization rate and good effect,and the use of urine Duqing granules can play a synergistic effect of drugs and achieve better therapeutic effect.
