2型糖尿病治疗中二甲双胍与西格列汀的应用疗效及对血糖波动的影响分析

Application Efficacy of Metformin and Sitagliptin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and the Impact on Blood Glucose Fluctuations

目的 观察2型糖尿病采取二甲双胍与西格列汀的实际治疗效果以及对患者血糖波动产生的影响。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年6月龙岩市第二医院内分泌科收治的85例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组(43例)实施二甲双胍单独治疗,观察组(42例)实施二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗。比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、炎性因子水平。结果 治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(6.24±0.48)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(7.50±1.41)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白(6.34±0.18)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.578、8.415、8.152,P<0.05)。结论 针对2型糖尿病患者,采取二甲双胍与西格列汀进行治疗,有利于实现患者血糖控制,并且还能够改善患者胰岛功能指标,进而有效降低患者炎症反应。

Objective To observe the actual therapeutic effect of adopting metformin and sitagliptin for type 2 diabe-tes mellitus as well as the impact on patients'blood glucose fluctuation.Methods A total of 85 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of the Second Hospital of Longyan City from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.43 pa-tients in the control group received metformin alone,and 42 patients in the observation group received metformin com-bined with sitagliptin.Blood glucose levels,islet function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting plasma glucose(6.24±0.48)mmol/L,2-hour postprandial blood glucose(7.50±1.41)mmol/L and glycated hemoglobin(6.34±0.18)%in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.578,8.415,8.152,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,treatment with metformin and sitagliptin is conducive to achieving glycemic control of patients,and can also improve patients'pancreatic islet func-tion indexes,which in turn effectively reduces patients'inflammatory response.
