参芪龙牡降糖饮治疗湿热内阻、气阴两亏型T2DM的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Shenqi Longmu Jiangtang Drink in on T2DM with Dampness-heat Internal Obstruction and Qi-Yin Deficiency

目的 探讨参芪龙牡降糖饮治疗江阴地区湿热内阻、气阴两亏型2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)的疗效。方法 选取2022年2月-2023年2月江阴市中医外科医院内科收治的湿热内阻、气阴两亏型T2DM患者200例为研究对象,随机分组,各100例,对照组予以西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合参芪龙牡降糖饮治疗,比较两组治疗前后胰岛β细胞功能变化、血糖水平变化。结果 治疗后,观察组各项胰岛β细胞功能水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 参芪龙牡降糖饮治疗江阴地区湿热内阻、气阴两亏型T2DM疗效显著,不仅可以强化胰岛β细胞功能,继而提高胰岛素敏感性,同时还能促进机体糖代谢,有效控制血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Shenqi Longmu Jiangtang Drink on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)caused by dampness-heat internal obstruction and Qi-yin deficiency in Jiangyin.Methods A total of two hun-dred T2DM patients with dampness-heat internal obstruction and Qi-yin deficiency treated in the department of inter-nal medicine of Jiangyin Surgery Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were included as the study objects and randomly divided into one hundred cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Longmu Jiangtang Drink on the basis of the con-trol group.The changes of isletβcell function and blood glucose level before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After treatment,all functional level of isletβcells in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Longmu Jiangtang Drink has significant curative effect on T2DM with dampness-heat internal resistance and Qi-yin deficiency in Jiangyin area.It can not only strengthen the function of pancreaticβcells,then improve insulin sensitivity,but also promote the body's glucose metabolism,effectively control blood glu-cose level.
