综合护理干预在缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者中的价值探讨

Exploring the Value of Integrated Nursing Intervention in Patients with Ischemic Stroke Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 研究对缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者通过综合护理进行干预的效果。方法 选取2020年4月-2022年6月在厦门市第五医院接受常规护理干预的30例缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者作为对照组,另将31例缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者作为观察组。对两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果 护理前,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血糖指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率(3.23%)相比对照组(26.67%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度(96.77%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者通过综合性护理进行干预能有效地控制患者的血糖水平,降低不良事件的发生率,提高患者及患者家属的满意度,值得推荐。

Objective To study the effect of integrated nursing intervention in patients with ischemic stroke combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods From April 2020 to June 2022,30 patients with ischemic stroke combined with diabe-tes mellitus who received routine nursing intervention in Xiamen Fifth Hospital were selected as the control group.An-other 31 patients with ischemic stroke combined with diabetes mellitus who received comprehensive nursing interven-tion were selected as the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nurs-ing,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated he-moglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(3.23%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group(96.77%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In-tervention for ischemic stroke combined with diabetes mellitus patients through integrated nursing can effectively con-trol the patient's blood glucose level,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,which is worth recommending.
