延伸护理服务对于2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者血糖管理效果、自护能力及日常生活活动能力的影响

Effects of Extended Care Services on Blood Glucose Management,Self care Ability and Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Stroke

目的 分析延伸护理服务对于2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者血糖管理效果、自护能力及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年3月期间泰安市中医二院收治的2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者96例,使用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=48)与研究组(n=48)。两组患者均接受脑卒中基础护理,对照组采取常规糖尿病护理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上针对糖尿病进行延伸护理服务。比较两组患者的血糖管理效果、自护能力检测量表(Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale,ESCA)评分、Barthel指数评分。结果 干预2个月后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖低于对照组,ESCA评分、Barthel指数评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 延伸护理服务可以有效提高2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的自护能力与日常生活活动能力,保障其血糖管理效果,适于临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of extended care services on blood glucose management,self-care ability and activities of daily living ability in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke.Methods 96 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes combined with stroke admitted to the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tai'an City from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=48)and study group(n=48)using random number table method.Patients in both groups received basic stroke care,the control group received conventional diabetes care measures,and the research group received extended care services for diabetes on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose management effect,Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)score and Bar-thel index score of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months of intervention,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and ESCA score and Barthel index score were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended care service can effectively improve the self-care ability and daily living ability of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with stroke,and ensure the effect of blood glucose management,which is suitable for clini-cal application.
