固肾益气活血汤联合贝那普利对糖尿病肾病患者HbA1c、FBG、UAER水平的影响

Effect of Gushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with Benazepril on the Levels of HbAlc,FBG,and UAER in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的 研究糖尿病肾病患者应用固肾益气活血汤联合贝那普利治疗对空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin, Hb A1c)、尿白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rate, UAER)影响。方法 选择2019年1月-2022年12月福建省三明市清流县总医院收治的70例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,采用随机双盲分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合固肾益气活血汤。比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。治疗后,观察组24 h尿蛋白量、尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、C反应蛋白、尿素氮均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.452)。结论 贝那普利联合固肾益气活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病的效果显著,可发挥出中西医结合的优势,对血糖、肾功能、生活质量改善明显。

Objective To investigate the effects of treatment with Gushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Benazepril on fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods A total of 70 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Qingliu County General Hospital in Sanming City,Fujian Province from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group by double-blind method.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the observation group was combined with Gushen Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Af-ter treatment,24 h urinary protein content,urinary albumin excretion rate,serum creatinine,fasting blood glucose,gly-cated hemoglobin,C-reactive protein and urea nitrogen in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant dif-ference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.452).Conclusion Benazepril combined with Gushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a remarkable effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which can give full play to the advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and significantly improve blood sugar,kidney function and quality of life.
