摘要
目的 分析依帕司他、甲钴胺共同对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行治疗的神经功能、不良反应情况。方法 选取2021年4月-2023年4月济南市第七人民医院收治的2型糖尿病周围神经病变88例患者为研究对象,依据随机数表分为两组,每组44例。对照组以甲钴胺进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予依帕司他共同治疗,对比两组治疗效果、神经传导功能、氧化应激、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组总有效率为93.18%,优于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.423,P<0.05)。研究组正中神经与腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity, SCV)、运动神经传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MCV)指标均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的血清超氧化物歧化酶、还原性谷胱甘肽水平与对照组相比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 依帕司他、甲钴胺共同对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行治疗的效果更佳,能够使患者的神经功能得到改善,能有效促进其早日康复。
Objective To analyze the neurological function and adverse effects of the treatment of type 2 diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy patients with epalrestat and mecobalamin together.Methods From April 2021 to April 2023,88 patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy admitted to Ji'nan Seventh People's Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin,while the study group was treated with epalrestat on the basis of the con-trol group.The treatment effects,nerve conduction function,oxidative stress,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.18%,which was better than the control group's 77.27%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.423,P<0.05).The sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)of the median and common peroneal nerves in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum superoxide dismutase and reducing glutathione in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Epalrestat and me-cobalamin together have a better effect on the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can improve the neurological function of the patients,and can effectively promote their early recovery.
