中药乌梅丸加减治疗对糖尿病性寒热错杂型腹泻患者腹泻症状改善情况及生活质量的影响

Effect of Addition and Reduction of Herbal Wumei Pills on Improvement of Diarrhea Symptoms and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Cold and Heat Mixed Diarrhea

目的分析中药乌梅丸加减治疗对糖尿病性寒热错杂型腹泻患者腹泻症状改善情况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月厦门市集美区灌口医院收治的80例糖尿病性腹泻患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组和参考组,每组40例,参考组采用常规降糖联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,研究组采用常规降糖联合中药乌梅丸加减治疗。比较两组患者总体疗效、大便恢复正常时间和生活质量水平改善情况。结果研究组总有效率高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者大便恢复正常时间短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生理、心理、情感等生活质量水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者生理、心理、情感等生活质量水平改善情况均显著优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药乌梅丸加减治疗能有效促进糖尿病性腹泻患者腹泻症状改善,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of addition and reduction of herbal Wumei pills on the improvement of diarrhea symptoms and quality of life in patients with diabetic cold and heat mixed diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic diarrhea admitted to Xiamen Jimei District Guankou Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets,and the study group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wumei pill.The overall efficacy,stool recovery time and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of stool recovery in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life of physiology,psychology and emotion between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the improvement of physiological,psychological and emotional quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition and reduction of herval Wumei pill can effectively improve the diarrhea symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic diarrhea.
