运动康复疗法在糖尿病治疗中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Exercise Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨对糖尿病患者给予运动康复治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年11月永安市立医院收治的54例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为两组,每组27例。参照组施以常规治疗,研究组施以运动康复疗法治疗。对比两组糖尿病患者血脂水平[总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)]以及血糖水平[空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)]。结果治疗前,研究组TG、HDL-C、TC水平同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组TG、HDL-C、TC水平均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HbAlC、FPG、2 hPG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HbA1C、FPG、2 hPG水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对糖尿病患者在治疗期间,运动康复疗法的有效应用,可显著改善患者的血脂水平以及血糖水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of exercise rehabilitation therapy for diabetic patients.Methods Fifty-four patients with diabetes admitted to Yongan Municipal Hospital from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by coin throwing method,with 27 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received exercise rehabilitation therapy.The blood lipid levels[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]and blood glucose levels[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]of diabetes patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TG,HDL-C,and TC levels between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,HDL-C,and TC in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HbA1C,FPG,and 2 hPG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the average HbA1C,FPG,and 2 hPG levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of diabetes patients,the effective application of exercise rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the blood lipid level and blood sugar level of patients.
