达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平、BMI及效果的影响

Effects of Dapagliflozin Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose Level,BMI and Efficacy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析2型糖尿病患者采用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗的效果及对血糖水平、体质指数的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年11月—2022年11月龙岩市第二医院收治的2型糖尿病患者80例,按照用药方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,研究组采用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗,比较治疗总有效率、血糖指标、血清炎性因子水平、胰岛功能治疗情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组血清炎性因子水平低于对照组,三酰甘油水平、体质指数低于对照组,胰岛功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin on blood glucose level and BMI in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on eighty patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Longyan Second Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022,who were divided into control group and study group according to different medication methods,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with dapagliflozin combined with metformin.The total effective rate,blood glucose index,serum inflammatory factor level and islet function were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.0%in the study group and 77.5%in the control group,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum inflammatory factor in the study group was lower than that in the control group,TG level and BMI of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and islet function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
