细节护理对糖尿病合并阑尾炎患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Detailed Nursing Care on Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Appendicitis

目的分析细节护理对糖尿病合并阑尾炎患者的影响效果。方法选取2020年4月—2022年4月期间在泉州市第一医院进行治疗的糖尿病合并阑尾炎患者118例作为研究对象,按入院时间顺序分组为观察组和对照组,每组59例,其中对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组患者在常规护理模式基础上使用细节护理干预,对比两组患者护理期间并发症、血糖控制、负性情绪及护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理3 d后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度为98.31%显著高于对照组的83.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并阑尾炎患者应用细节护理干预可以帮助患者调控血糖,缓解焦虑、抑郁,减少并发症发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the impact of detailed nursing care on patients with diabetes complicated with appendicitis.Methods A total of 118 patients with diabetes combined with appendicitis who were treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission time,with 59 patients in each group.The patients in the control group adopted the routine nursing model,and the patients in the observation group used detailed nursing intervention based on the routine nursing model.Compared the complications,blood glucose control,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients during the nursing period.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of fasting plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3 d of nursing,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,SAS score,and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.31%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing intervention in patients with diabetes and appendicitis can help patients regulate blood glucose,relieve anxiety and depression,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
