预见性护理干预对普外科糖尿病患者低血糖事件的影响研究

Effect of Predictive Nursing intervention on Hypoglycemic Events in Patients with Diabetes in General Surgery

目的探究预见性护理干预对普外科糖尿病患者低血糖事件的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月江苏盛泽医院普外科收治的96例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各48例,对照组行常规护理,观察者行预见性干预护理,比较两组患者疾病认知水平及低血糖事件发生率。结果研究组疾病认知水平合格率均高于对照组,低血糖总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科糖尿病患者展开预见性护理干预,可提高患者低血糖认知水平合格率,降低低血糖事件发生率,保证患者生命健康安全,避免意外事件产生。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on hypoglycemic events in patients with diabetes in general surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with diabetes in the general surgery admitted to the department of Jiangsu Shengze Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing.The disease cognition level and incidence of hypoglycemia events were compared between the two groups.Results The passing rate of disease cognition level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention for diabetic patients in general surgery can improve the passing rate of patients with hypoglycemia cognitive level,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia events,ensure the health and safety of patients,and avoid accidents.
