羟苯磺酸钙联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果

Effect of Calcium Isobenesulfonate Combined with Fundus Laser in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的研究羟苯磺酸钙联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月黄梅县人民医院收治的60例确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变的患者为研究对象,将住院号录入系统后根据住院号尾数奇偶性分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者实施眼底激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以羟苯磺酸钙进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗前后视力情况、血清胆红素水平及其余相关指标。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最佳矫正视力、视网膜厚度、眼压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组黄斑厚度、出血斑面积以及血管肿瘤体积均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变患者经过眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙进行治疗,能够促使患者视力水平的提高,改善患者疾病相关的临床指标,进而促使其康复。

Objective To study the effect of calcium oxybenzoate combined with fundus laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods 60 patients diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Huangmei County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the hospitalization numbers were entered into the system and divided into two groups according to the parity of the last number of hospitalization numbers,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fundus laser,and the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxybenzoate on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,visual acuity before and after treatment,serum bilirubin level and other related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group 93.33%was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity,retinal thickness and IOP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the macular thickness,blood spot area and vascular tumor volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy by fundus laser combined with calcium oxybenzoate can improve the visual acuity level of patients,improve the clinical indicators related to the disease,and then promote their rehabilitation.
