视频结合回授法在脑卒中患者良肢位摆放中的应用研究

Application of video combined with teach-back method in placement of good limb position for stroke patients

目的 探讨分析视频结合回授法对脑卒中患者良肢位摆放的临床应用效果。方法 选择2021年1月—2022年6月本院收治的80例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采取视频结合回授法。比较两组患者的良肢位摆放知识掌握率、良肢位摆放正确率、满意度、生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组患者良肢位摆放知识掌握率高于对照组(92.5%vs 75%,P<0.05);良肢位摆放正确率高于对照组(95%vs 77.5%,P<0.05);满意度高于对照组(100%vs 87.5%,P<0.05);生活质量等指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 视频结合回授法能够有效提高脑卒中患者患肢管理,提高良肢位摆放依从性,提升健康教育效果及护理满意度,临床护理效果较好,可以广泛推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of video combined with teach-back method in the placement of good limbs in stroke patients.Methods Eighty stroke patients admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College between January 2021 and June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with video combined feedback method.The rate of knowledge grasp for good limb placement,correct rate of good limb placement,and satisfaction rate of the patients between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the patients in the observation group had a higher grasp rate on knowledge of good limb positioning than that in the control group(92.5%&75%,P<0.05);a higher rate of correct good limb positioning than that in the control group(95%&77.5%,P<0.05);a higher rate of satisfaction than that in the control group(100%&87.5%,P<0.05);and better quality of life indicators than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The video combined with the teach-back method can effectively improve the management of the affected limb of stroke patients,improve compliance of good limb placement,enhance the effect of health education and nursing satisfaction,which has a good clinical care effect,and can be widely promoted.
