摘要
根据大港油田自动化修井作业的具体要求,结合自动化修井机的特点,设计了一种自动化修井机杆管自动接送装置。阐述了该装置的基本结构及工作原理,对重要部件的工作过程进行了描述;建立了相应的数学模型。对其上料机构进行了分析,选取了合适的上料液压缸。根据自动化修井机杆管自动接送装置的工作原理、工作过程设计出了相应的液压系统,保证了装置工作时的安全与稳定。运用有限元软件对装置主要承载部件进行强度分析,计算结果表明:自动化修井机杆管自动接送装置工作可靠、稳定好;且满足油田自动化程度高、安全的工作要求,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,具有很高的工程应用价值。
According to the specific requirements of automated workover operation in Dagang oilfield,combined with the characteristics of automated workover machine,an automated workover machine rod and pipe automatic pick-up and drop-off(Oil Pipe Transfer)device was designed.The basic structure and working principle of the device were described,and the working process of the important components was described.The corresponding mathematical model was established,the feeding mechanism was analyzed,and the appropriate feeding hydraulic cylinder was selected.The corresponding hydraulic system was designed according to the working principle and working process of the oil pipe automatic transfer device,which ensures the safety and stability of the device.The strength of the main bearing parts of the device was analyzed by finite element software.Calculation results show that the device works reliably and stably,meets the high degree of automation and safety requirements of the oilfield,greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,and has a high value for engineering applications.
