基于00Cr12合金的耐腐蚀抽油杆性能研究

摘要 当前在抽油机井用量最多的是超高强度的H级抽油杆,但其耐腐蚀性能不能适应高含水期油井耐腐蚀要求,抽油杆腐蚀情况较为严重,腐蚀疲劳断裂是主要的损坏形式。为研发耐腐蚀抽油杆,设计了含铬量12%的超低碳合金00Cr12,通过对采用00Cr12合金制作的抽油杆的抗拉强度、耐疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性性能进行测试,结果表明,00Cr12合金制作的抽油杆力学性能和耐疲劳性能达到了H级抽油杆要求,模拟环境腐蚀试验测试得到的腐蚀速率是普通H级抽油杆的1/38。00Cr12合金制作的抽油杆入井应用取得良好的耐腐蚀效果。 The most commonly used sucker rod in pumping wells is the ultra-high strength H-grade sucker rod,but its corrosion resistance performance cannot meet the corrosion resistance requirements of oil wells in high water cut period.The sucker rod corrosion is relatively serious,and corrosion fatigue fracture is the main form of damage.In order to develop corrosion-resistant sucker rods,an ultra-low carbon alloy 00Cr12 with a chromium content of 12%was designed.By measuring the tensile strength,fatigue resistance,and corrosion resistance of sucker rods made of 00Cr12 alloy,The results show that the mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of the sucker rods made of 00Cr12 alloy meet the requirements of H-grade sucker rods,and the corrosion rate obtained from the simulated environmental corrosion test is 1/38 of that of the ordinary H-grade sucker rods.The sucker rods made of 00Cr12 alloy have achieved a good corrosion-resistant effect when applied to wells.
