麻栎组培苗和实生苗生长性状比较研究

摘要 为了探明麻栎组培苗早期生长性状与实生苗的差异,为麻栎组培苗的应用提供理论依据,以麻栎组培苗和实生苗为材料,比较二者移栽成活率、生长性状、苗高、地径、根长及生物量等生长指标。结果表明:麻栎组培苗和实生苗的移栽成活率无显著差异。组培苗比实生苗侧枝数量多,枝干开张角度大,根系粗壮,根的数量多,侧根发达。组培苗早期生长缓慢,苗龄5个月时苗高、地径、根长及生物量均显著低于实生苗,其中苗高比实生苗低33.40%,地径比实生苗低11.54%,地上部分干重比实生苗低37.26%,地下部分干重比实生苗低51.75%;苗龄11个月后,组培苗生长势优势明显;苗龄34个月时,组培苗的地径、地上部分干重、地下部分干重都显著高于实生苗,其中地径比实生苗粗6.92%,地上部分干重比实生苗高15.57%,地下部分干重比实生苗高11.04%。虽然苗龄5~22月时苗高与实生苗无显著差异,但22个月后组培苗的生长速度明显高于实生苗。苗龄5~34个月期间,组培苗的根长始终低于实生苗。 In order to explore the differences of early growth traits between tissue culture seedlings and seedlings of Quercus acutissima,and provide a theoretical basis for the application of tissue culture seedlings,we compared the transplanting survival rate,growth traits,seedling height,ground diameter,root length,and biomass of tissue culture seedlings and seedlings of Q.acutissima.The results showed that there was no significant difference in transplanting survival rate between tissue culture seedlings and seedlings of Q.acutissima.Tissue culture seedlings had more lateral branches,larger branch opening angle,thicker root system,more root numbers,and more lateral roots than seedlings.The early growth of tissue culture seedlings was slow.At age of 5 months,the seedling height,ground diameter,root length,and biomass of tissue culture seedlings were significantly lower than those of seedlings,among which seedling height was 33.40% lower,ground diameter was 11.54% lower,aboveground dry weight was 37.26% lower,and belowground dry weight was 51.75% lower.After age of 11 months,the growth potential of tissue culture seedlings was obvious.At age of 34 months,the ground diameter,aboveground dry weight,and belowground dry weight of tissue culture seedlings were significantly higher than those of seedlings,among which ground diameter was 6.92% higher,aboveground dry weight was 15.57% higher,and underground dry weight was 11.04% higher.Although there was no significant difference in seedling height between tissue culture seedlings and seedlings from age of 5 to 22 months,the growth rate of tissue culture seedlings was significantly higher than that of seedlings from age of 22 months.From 5 to 34 months of seedling age,the root length of tissue culture seedlings was always lower than that of seedlings.
